Thomas founded THE THOMAS SLATCOFF FINANCIAL LITERACY INSTITUTE because he knows people struggle financially. People lack the proper money mindset and the skills, knowledge, and behaviors that allow an individual to make informed decisions regarding money. Thomas remains enthusiastically poised to assist people in gaining, enhancing, or refining their financial literacy so they may solve their financial woes and prosper. He is committed to helping others with financial literacy for the rest of his time here.
Thomas studied at Ramsey Solutions, completing the Ramsey Financial Coach Master Training, and at Dale Carnegie, completing the Dale Carnegie Course and the Leadership Training for Managers. His studies of financial coaching, proven principles and practices to achieve, and real-life journey experiences enable him to focus his financial coaching sessions on helping clients gain the knowledge, competence, and confidence to follow a step-by-step plan to become debt-free and accustomed to a unique way of handling money.

Thomas is a man of many talents who draws from a rich tapestry of experiences and roles, including private business, global government service, federal law enforcement, public safety, and life, which have honed his skills and shaped his unique perspective and storytelling style. This combination has enabled him to create literary works that entertain, inform, and inspire. His diverse experiences provide unique perspectives, reflected in his writing, which connects with readers on a personal level to captivate and intrigue them.

Whose mission is to help the client “Avoid being a victim” as they transit life through their daily circles of unknown.
The SLATCOFF SECURITY CONSULTANCY is committed to, among other efforts, presenting AWARENESS. PREPAREDNESS. VIGILANCE. Workshops to help people avoid being victims.
Thomas says, “No one should be a victim because no one should touch another person’s possessions or places without permission.”
Thomas knows that it is a simplistic and lofty statement. He believes criminals and the crimes they commit will never become extinct. So, Thomas remains committed to fighting crime using the consultancy to further his efforts.
People need to be proactive to protect themselves. And that takes training and planning.”
Thomas established the SLATCOFF SECURITY CONSULTANCY to help people avoid being victims. He provides information and tactics for people to defend themselves and to be proactive with their security and safety. He designs security and safety programs for events, travel, physical locations, and continuity of operations for individuals, groups, organizations, and businesses.
