Thomas is a man of many talents who draws from a rich tapestry of experiences and roles, including private business, global government service, federal law enforcement, public safety, and life, which have honed his skills and shaped his unique perspective as a financial literacy coach and lecturer.

Thomas’s experiences have enabled him to design financial literacy workshops and coaching sessions that captivate and intrigue clients, connecting with them on a personal level and providing an experience conducive to learning. Thomas’s coaching, lecturer, and curriculum development skills and abilities were enhanced from work experiences in Federal Law Enforcement as a Defensive Tactics Instructor and Firearms Instructor at the Office of Investigations – Office of Inspector General – U.S. Department of Agriculture, a Law Enforcement Specialist – Instructor and Adjunct Instructor at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center – U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Guest Speaker and Lecturer at various professional organizations and law enforcement training seminars and conferences at INTERPOL Washington National Bureau, U.S. Department of Justice, Training Coordinator at the Office of Special Operations, U.S. Department of Energy, and Lector and Proctor for the State of Florida required Food Safety Training at Eureka Learning LLC.

The Individual: One-on-One Financial Literacy Coaching Session is a 30-minute financial literacy coaching session used to continue to help clients gain a proper money mindset and the necessary skills, knowledge, and behaviors that enable them to make informed decisions to become debt-free and accustomed to a unique way of handling money – the knowledge, competence, and confidence to achieve success with money.

It is used after the client completes the prerequisite, the DOLLAR AND SENSE Financial Literacy Workshop, the Family Financial Literacy Workshop or the Group Financial Literacy Workshop.

Family Financial Literacy Workshop

The Family Financial Literacy Workshop is designed for 2 adults plus all their children. It is a 2-hour and 30-minute workshop and begins with the DOLLAR AND SENSES Financial Literacy Workshop. It is intended for the entire family to study financial literacy together so they motivate each other to stay focused with the proper money mindset and to stay on target to achieve financial success.

Group Financial Literacy Workshop

The Group Financial Literacy Workshop is designed for 10 to 30 people. It is used by social groups, churches, and employers in both private business and governments who want to offer financial literacy training as a benefit to their employees.
